Brittany Grasmick

Law Clerk

Brittany T. Grasmick earned her law degree from Loyola University-Chicago School of Law in2015.  At Loyola, she served as published author and Associate Editor of the International Law Review. Brittany focused her studies on intellectual property and tax law, serving as co-President of the IP Law Society. During law school, she expanded her knowledge of trademark,copyright, patent, and corporate law while interning at Fox Sports (Los Angeles, Music), BryanCave LLP (Chicago, IP/Commercial Litigation), and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.  After law school, Brittany was a legal assistant at Warner Music Group in Los Angeles.  There she was responsible for analyzing different recording agreements, interpreting legal rights and obligations, and assisting with various intellectual property needs. As a Denver native, Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2010 from The University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.  She studied Finance and International Business

Ms. Grasmick sat for the California Bar Exam in February 2017 and is awaiting results.  Sheplans to cultivate a practice that combines her interest in IP, business, and tax law to help creatives and entrepreneurs create viable and successful businesses.
