Nadav Aschner

Associate Attorney

Nadav is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. Nadav has worked for U.S. Congressman Jim Cooper from Tennessee, interned as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Denver District Court Judge Christina M. Habas, interned for the Denver District Attorney’s Gang Unit Division, and served as a Law Clerk for Sean McAllister at McAllister, Darnell, & Associates. Nadav was acknowledged for his research and writing contributions in an International Environmental Law textbook authored by Professor Ved P. Nanda of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Nadav’s practice focuses on criminal defense and all civil and regulatory aspects of marijuana law. He regularly drafts contracts and agreements for dispensaries and has represented dispensaries in administrative proceedings. Nadav strives for excellence every day. He is an avid rock climber, skier, and soccer player, and is the co-founder of a Denver-based record label that manages artists throughout Colorado & US.
