Dan is an Associate Attorney focusing his practice around corporate and commercial transactions, licensing, and regulatory compliance. Dan has helped his clients negotiate commercial agreements while mitigating risk and legal exposure. He also has experience with business entity formation, debt finance transactions, and acquisition agreements facilitating the growth of his clients’ businesses. Additionally, Dan helps his clients navigate the state and local regulatory landscape while forming creative solutions to accomplish their goals.
Prior to joining McAllister Garfield, Dan interned in two prominent Denver law firms’ regulated industries practices groups, emphasizing corporate transactions, Colorado licensing, and state and federal legislative analysis. During law school, Dan focused on business law and transactional drafting coursework and graduated from the Corporate and Commercial Law program. He participated in several business negotiation competitions as well.
Dan earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2019 and a B.S. degree from Indiana University in 2016. Dan prefers to spend his free time outside either skiing, golfing, horseback riding. He also is an avid fan of the Colorado Rockies, Colorado Avalanche, and Denver Nuggets.
